FAQ
Yes, we strive to fulfill your size and color preferences for samples, but that this is subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the order specifications. It is best to call your sales representative and get a confirmation before dispatch.
No, we do not allow any returns or refunds for samples, either in domestic or international. However, the surplus sample charges can be adjusted against your orders.
You can either contact our sales team by calling or texting them, tell them your address and order details, they will calculate delivery charges & share our banking details. You can also directly order via the Razorpay payment page. After you make the payment, we will dispatch the same via air courier.
We do not have the facility to print/embroider custom designs for samples but you can order screen, DTF & vinyl prints / embroideries in our existing designs to test their qualities, that to at no additional charge. With regards to sizing & fit customizations, you would have to place a quantity order for that.
